Awesome Cookie Recipe

I found this recipe online, it doesn't belong to me but it's sooooo good! XD

If you leave them to stand for 24 hours after baking, they taste like Subway cookies!

Good luck!

2 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix*
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees c).
Mix flour with baking soda in a bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and (dry) pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla; gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Roll into balls and flatten slightly or drop by teaspoon full on a non-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.

*You may use instant chocolate pudding instead of vanilla pudding for a double chocolate chip cookie.
